You Pick: Best Place to Take Your Valentine in Portsmouth
Tell us your favorite local spot for a romantic meal.
Valentine's Day is Tuesday, and for many of us who are coupled up, it means we'll be enjoying a romantic dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants.
But which restaurant is best? Is it 15 Point Road or Scampi's along the water? Or perhaps it's the Valley Inn on West Main Road or Fieldstones Grille with its rustic charm?
Or maybe someplace smaller, where the two of you can cuddle up in a dark corner, like at Graziano's 501 Cafe?
We want to hear your thoughts on which local restaurant is best for a special Valentine's night meal.
Vote in our poll below, then share your thoughts in the comments section. If we left your favorite restaurant off the list, note that in the comments as well.
We'll leave the poll up all week then close voting at 9 a.m. Friday. At noon that day, we'll share your top local pick. Then be sure to watch the site over the weekend when we tally up the top votes and announce the restaurant that got the most rave reviews across all of our Rhode Island sites.
Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

Funny, Last time we had dinner at a "real" restaurant in NPT(Clarke Cookhouse), we got extremely sick. But it does happen & we still visit the cookhouse often.

We go to 15 point on a weekly basis now. We had stopped going a couple of years ago, after we felt the quality of food had declined. Not sure the new owners name, but they have done a fantastic job in the last year to turn the place around. One of the very best restaurants around. in my humble opionion
