Hi Charles and DownTown. Thank-you for your comments. This is a national service used by Patch; however, I want to be as local as possible. Why not post some local grocery deals in the comment section here? If you see a deal at Clements' or the Green Grocer, why not share them here?

Sandy I know you say you use a national service but when the headline says "Weekly Local Grocery Specials in Portsmouth" it should be the Weekly Local Grocery Specials in Portsmouth. None of the stores listed are in Portsmouth. Iam sure if you were to request it Clements' and the Green Grocer would be glad to submit a weekly list of specials.

The column is great with the exception of Daves, Price Chopper, Grand Union and Trader Joes all the advertised are on the Island or a short drive off the Island. It enables me to check out this weeks sale items quickly with out having to go through the flyers. I like your idea of sharing deals we find at Clements or Green Grocer or for that matter sharing 'any' deals we find on the island. This would give all savy grocery shoppers a forum to share their great buys !
