Wednesday: Summer Reading Event; New Glen Committee Forms

  1. Today should be mostly sunny with a high of 78 degrees.
  2. The organizational meeting of the Glen Negotiating Committee is at 7:30 am this morning at Town Hall; the Portsmouth Harbor Commission meets at 6 pm.
  3. Rick Morin's Rhythm Imaginarium comes to the library this afternoon for children in the summer reading program; space is limited and pre-registration is required.
  4. Milkbread is in concert at Ballard Park in Newport tonight from 6 to 8:30 pm, as part of Music Month.
  5. The Middletown Education Collaborative's annual Duck Race at Third Beach is tomorrow at 5 pm.  You can buy a duck here.
