Video: Sounds of the Congo Come to Common Fence
Boston-based Rumbafrica, an award-winning 10-member band, performed sounds of the Congo Saturday night at Common Fence Music.
The Boston-based band Rumbafrica, an award-winning group with more than 10 members, performed Saturday evening at Common Fence Music.
More than 40 guests attended the performance, which featured African songs, reggae, salsa and dancing. Many guests stomped, stepped and swung their hips to the rhythmical beats.

It was great fun Saturday night! AND in the afternoon, when Rumbafrica's dancers taught dancing to us.
Please support your local music venues, especially Common Fence Music! They won't make it without our support - our showing up. And then, we are the ones who would lose in the end.
