TELL US: Should Medical Marijuana Be Legal?
Question 3 on the November ballot will ask about legalizing medical marijuana in Massachusetts.
This November, voters will be able to cast a vote for or against legalizing medical marijuana in nearby Massachusetts.
Question 3 on the ballot reads: “A yes vote would enact the proposed law eliminating state criminal and civil penalties related to the medical use of marijuana, allowing patients meeting certain conditions to obtain marijuana produced and distributed by new state-regulated centers, or, in specific hardship cases, to grow marijuana for their own use.”
So we want to know: Are you for or against bring medical marijuana to Massachusetts or Rhode Island? Tell us in the comment section below!

Just read the police news everyday. Alcohol is by far the most dangerous substance. Serious car accidents, assaults (etc). Medical marijuana is just taking baby steps towards total legalization. Just legalize it for everyone and tax it.

Yes - but legalize it for everyone. As Good Year said, put a tax on it - I bet that would go a long way toward lowering our country's deficit. That's how many people smoke it! It is far less dangerous than alcohol as well as many other checmicals people take for illness'.
