It also means that families are moving in and investing in Portsmouth, unfortunately of the more than 160 sales listed on this site over the past year or so only 5 or 6 are from Island Park, Portsmouth Park and Valhalla where uncertainty over wastewater issues continues to depress prices and scare away buyers.

Always look at the bright side Dexter. It also means that despite this being a slower time of year for home sales, buyers are deciding to invest in Portsmouth!
