It's the end of Hummock Ave, just before Rt 24, looking west over The Cove, Cardi's cement plant & the RWU conference center.

It's actually off Rt 24 and not taken from Hummocks Avenue. Do you want to try and guess again? You're very close!

thats the cedar grove DEM boat ramp parking area, once shot pheasant.s there years ago you turn left off of Rt 24, about 3 miles before the leaving RI Tol Boothl (sorry 24/7)
