Early, very early this past Sunday morning, runners and walkers had the rare opportunity to cross the Newport Pell Bridge right at the break of dawn during the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority’s Citizens Bank Pell Bridge Run, sponsored by Newport Hospital.
