Sewer system idea - following the logic from last weeks session in which Mr Seveney was unprofessional (again) to a fellow Portsmouth citizen when trying to express his concern that access to beach rights is a good thing - Mr. unprofessional then yelled at this person to "SIT DOWN, THAT's ENOUGH, THAT'S ENOUGH!!!!". Well, here is my idea - how about the neighbors in the areas where there is the proposed septic issues all come to an agreement on the usage of an outhouse. Just one outhouse, on the newly loamed old dump in IP. More than one outhouse and we could face the same issues as we do at the transfer station and that would not be good. I think I have this all resolved. Just saved the town over 200K. "THAT'S ENOUGH"!!!
