Readers' Choice: Best Spot to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day
Where do you like to celebrate all things Irish?
Whether you're Irish, know someone who is, or just wish you were once a year, you've probably got plans to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
We here at Patch want to know: What's your favorite local spot to celebrate St. Patrick's Day? Is it a cozy bar with green beverages, a restaurant that cooks their annual corned beef dinner just right, or a spot with the perfect view of the local St. Patrick's Day parade?
So, which is your favorite celebratory spot?
Is it The Beach House, Island Tap, West Main Pizza, Scampi or Fieldstones Grille? Or maybe it's 15 Point Road, an Italian-named Graziano's 501 Cafe, the Mexican restaurant El Parque or maybe the Valley Inn?
Vote in our poll below, then share your thoughts in the comments section. If we left your favorite spot off the list, note that in the comments as well.
Or perhaps you like to be in the thick of it in Newport? If that's the case, vote for your favorite spot there in our Newport Patch poll.
If your favorite spot happens to be in Bristol or Warren, vote in our Bristol-Warren Patch poll here.
We'll leave the poll up all week then close voting at 9 a.m. Friday. At noon that day, we'll share your top local pick. Then be sure to watch the site over the weekend when we tally up the top votes and announce the place that got the most rave reviews across all of our Rhode Island sites.
Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.
