It appears Old Man Winter is not done with Portsmouth just yet as more slippery weather is expected Tuesday. 

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for some parts of Rhode Island today, reports The Providence Journal.

While there should be little snow accumulation in Portsmouth, the town could see some flooding as a result of heavy rainfall and poor drainage. 

Strong gusty winds from the east could also make travel difficult today. Drive with caution!
