  1. The Portsmouth Town Council is expected to vote on the fiscal year 2012 budget tonight. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
  2. Camp Invention’s SPARK program beings today at the St. Philomena School. A fee and camp registration are for this program. For more information on SPARK, click here.
  3. The Newport Children's Theatre is holding open auditions for "Tom Sawyer," adapted by Tim Kelley, based on the classic story by Mark Twain, today starting at 6 p.m. at the Newport Congregational Church. For more on this, click here.
  4. Do you want to learn how to dance? Ballroom dance lessons take place today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the senior center.
  5. The Viking Bridge club shuffles those cards once again today at 6:30 p.m. at St. Mary Church.
