Portsmouth Man Arrested, Tied to Vehicle Break-Ins
The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Kiefer Woods, 19, of 86 Norseman Drive, Portsmouth, was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 8:45 p.m. at his residence. The arrest stems from an investigation into a string of vehicle break-ins.
Through their investigation, police say they tied Woods to a vehicle break-in that occurred between Oct. 14 and 15 in the Cliff Avenue area.
When police arrested Woods at his home on the warrant, they discovered an Oxicodone pill in his possession. He was unable to provide a prescription for the pill.
Woods was charged with larceny over $500 and possession of a controlled substance, Oxicodone.

Always the same names...
This kid needs to put away once and for all. He and many of the others we see in the police section have had plenty of chances.
