Police Log: Man Allegedly Steals Woman's Dog

A Portsmouth man was arrested last Friday for allegedly stealing a woman's Boston terrier, reports The Sakonnet Times.
Jay Catalan, 50, of 34 Hilldale Road, was arrested and charged with domestic, larceny. He allegedly became involved in an argument with a woman and left with her dog.
The dog was later returned to its owner, according to the article.
