All of the brands were removed for different reasons related to products being "genetically modified," Wood said.

According to The Cornucopia Institute's report card, only 4 of Kashi's 24 cereal products are certified organic. Kashi is owned by the Kellogg Co. The granola products of Bear Naked, which is also owned by the Kellogg Co., are not certified organic, says The Cornucopia Institute.
