Fog Leads to Car Crashing Into Child's Bedroom

A vehicle crashed into a house early Sunday morning.

 

A vehicle crashed through a house and into a child's bedroom early Sunday morning near CVS on Turnpike Avenue, reports The Sakonnet Times

According to The Sakonnet Times, the 2004 Buick Lesabre's driver said he missed a turn due to dense fog. The vehicle crashed into the house at 2592 East Main Road, next to CVS, just after 7 a.m. 

The child was not home at the time. No injuries were reported.

Fog in the atmosphere did not lead to this but certainly we can say fog in the brain did. Obviously driving too fast for conditions. Through the weeds and over a wall to get in the house, did the brakes not work? Safety inspection up to date?
