Brrr...it's cold out there! 

As of 10:45 a.m., the National Weather Service reported a temperature reading of 15-degrees Fahrenheit for Portsmouth. That means it was a lot colder this morning! 

I asked Portsmouth residents to tell us how cold it was when they awoke Thursday morning. Here's what a few residents had to say on Portsmouth Patch's Facebook page:
