Small tremors were felt in Rhode Island after a 4.5 magnitude earthquake near Lake Arrowhead, Maine around 7:12 p.m. on Tuesday.
Readers in Patch sites in Greater Boston and New Hampshire are also reporting that residents felt the quake.
