Friends of the PHS Arts & Athletic Complex is a group of dedicated parents who support athletics, music, youth sports and extracurricular activities at Portsmouth High School in Rhode Island. This group has organized a massive $1.6 million fundraising campaign to replace the 25 year old running track and the overused central athletic field.  They have currently raised $617,450! 

They are currently running The "WIN YOUR DREAM CAR" Raffle! Win a car worth up to $25,000 by buying a ticket for $100. No more than 750 tickets will be sold, so your odds are 1 in 750. Winner may choose a model/make from any of the Premier Companies, which include Toyota, Scion, Nissan, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, BMW, Volvo and RAM.  The drawing will be held on February 10 at 4 p.m. at Premier Toyota of Newport.
