The Town of Portsmouth will hold an Elmhurst School Master Plan Stakeholders’ meeting on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers.  The purpose of the Master Plan Stakeholders’ meeting will be to establish key goals/desires for the future use of the area that is currently occupied by the Elmhurst School.  This could include discussion of parking needs, event needs, important views, pathways, gardens, and passive recreational areas.  Our goal is for our project managers, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., to come away from this meeting with key components that the master plan should address or include.  The Town invites all to this very important meeting.
