State and Town officials and members of the media are invited to attend this awards ceremony to recognize the nominees and winner of the Senior Life Appreciation Award.
In August, the Portsmouth Multi-Purpose Senior Center was chosen as the next destination in search of a volunteer who deserved the “Senior Life Award” promoted by “Senior Life” in New England News/Talk Radio Show 1380-AM-WNRI that created what is called “Senior Life” Appreciation Award.
Not only were members able to cast their votes for their favorite volunteer, but voting was encouraged online and responses were calculated from over 10 different countries!
Here are the winners:

3rd Mona Blake 4th Ruth Costa
The 1st place winner will receive the Senior Life Appreciation Plaque Award and $100.00 cash prize. All others will receive a Senior Life Certificate of Appreciation.
