This years Dress Swap will be held at the Portsmouth High School New Gym 4pm-8pm on Thursday. All dress (formal to summer) are $15 and you can also buy jewelry, purses and shoes for any special occasion! There will be raffle tickets for sale, which can win you fabulous gifts such as $100 Spa Vana and haircuts with highlights and a pedicure!
